Taekwondo4Fitness is a welcoming martial arts and fitness academy located in Košice, Slovakia, founded in May 2019 by Mario Boser. This family-friendly school offers a blend of traditional Taekwondo techniques and modern exercise regimens, creating a comprehensive workout that improves physical fitness, coordination, and balance while building self-defence skills and boosting confidence. The program incorporates cardiovascular workouts, strength training, and key Taekwondo movements such as kicks, punches, and blocks. Additionally, it integrates elements of other martial arts like karate or kickboxing, along with functional fitness exercises, to enhance overall fitness and athletic performance. Taekwondo4Fitness caters to individuals of all fitness levels, tailoring its classes to the specific needs and goals of its participants. The academy provides its programs both online and in-person, ensuring accessibility for all interested in joining. Mario Boser, the head instructor at Taekwondo4Fitness, is a highly experienced martial artist with a 4th-degree black belt from the Independent Taekwondo Organisation and a Kukkiwon-certified black belt. Formerly a British Taekwondo Instructor and National Poomsae Referee, Mario has extensive experience and qualifications, including full Disclosure Checks clearance from the UK, affirming his commitment to the safety and well-being of children and vulnerable adults. Since relocating to Slovakia in late 2021, he has continued to inspire others with his dedication to fitness, nutrition, and a healthy, active lifestyle.
