Taekwondo4Fitness is a family-friendly martial arts school based in Aylesbury in the United Kingdom, offering online and venue-based services, like fitness, discipline and self-defence, in a fun and controlled environment. Students and their parents can be confident of being professionally trained to high standards. Taekwondo4Fitness is cooperating with the Independent Taekwondo Organisation (ITO).
My wife and I are very passionate about fitness, nutrition and a healthy, active lifestyle. Continued education and further training are crucial for us to stay up-to-date with our knowledge and skillset.

My name is Mario, and my martial arts journey started in 1989. I kept it going even if life often got in my way. My goal is to inspire and motivate the youth and adults to become more active, make healthier choices, and share the experience of shaping oneself into a better person each and every day.
I became an Instructor to help my students achieve their health and fitness goals with martial arts and maintain the Five Tenets of Taekwondo.
