How I achieve my health and fitness goals

As a fitness enthusiast and Taekwondo Instructor who helps others to achieve health and fitness goals, I have to achieve mine as well!

My name is Mario, and I am the Lead Instructor at Taekwondo4Fitness. My martial arts journey started in 1989, and I kept going even if life often got in my way.

Taekwondo is an excellent form of exercise and fantastic martial art to practise, bringing health improvements such as balance, flexibility, stamina, strength and posture.

In addition to the physical health improvements, Taekwondo is also known to benefit mental health through increased confidence, improved self-esteem, focus, concentration levels and self-discipline.

You do not just pay for Taekwondo! Instead, you invest in the fitness, health and opportunities that this sport provides to help you develop the attributes that will serve you throughout your life and allow you to endow others’ lives.

I am very passionate about fitness, nutrition and a healthy, active lifestyle. I have been a Vegan for over a decade now, and I am proof that you can be healthy on a plant-based diet.

Life is about choices! Unfortunately, common health conditions are increasingly the norm.

If you want to get fit and lose weight, you need to fix your diet! You can’t overtrain a lousy diet, and eventually, the bad eating habits will translate into your health.

As a Taekwondo Instructor who helps his students achieve their health and fitness goals, I have to achieve mine! I exercise every day and maintain a healthy and balanced diet to become fitter, healthier and happier. To inspire others, I am posting my workouts on social media like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
